It seems like i have been out of the Philippines for a long year, I spent the past 10 months in Oman, I can say that there is no place like home and to your own place of origin, while we were on transit going home to Tuguegarao City, we passed by this green fields, which reminds me the time when I was still a kid, I grew up on a barrio, which is surrounded by a rice and corn fields.
As a barrio kid, every weekend, I spent the whole day sitting on top of a carabao, under the guava tree, or on top of a coconut tree. Waiting for the sun to settle, and I got lucky to witness again the red sunset.
Fuck that trees that covers the sun!
So here I am, still exhausted from the long air and land trip.
